Opening Summer 2026: Southbeach Streetfood is set to transform Flagstaff Gardens into Blackpool’s go-to, family-friendly street-food hub—serving high-quality, authentic global flavours with options for vegan, vegetarian, low-calorie, low-sugar and allergy-friendly diets. We’ll source locally, hire locally, and welcome both residents and visitors to a lively community destination in South Shore.
Built by local owners with sustainability at the core, we’ll use energy-efficient appliances, 100% LED lighting and fully recyclable packaging, with menus designed to reduce food waste. Expect live music from local artists, children’s activities, dance showcases, live cookery demos, a curated bar of beers, wines and spirits—and clear career pathways for students and new talent.
